Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop New Zealand Vanilla flavoured Whey Protein
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
- 3-4 cups almond or skim milk
Directions
Toss all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. You can add or take away milk depending on the consistency you like.
