Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 small beets
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 3-4 cups almond or skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop New Zealand Whey Protein
- Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to make it sweeter (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth consistency. Add more milk if its too thick.
