Spinach & Banana Smoothie ??

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop New Zealand Vanilla flavoured Whey Protein
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 3-4 cups almond or skim milk

Directions

Toss all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. You can add or take away milk depending on the consistency you like.
