Banana & Beet Smoothie ?

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 small beets
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 3-4 cups almond or skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop New Zealand Whey Protein
  • Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to make it sweeter (optional)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth consistency. Add more milk if its too thick.
