Nourishing Smoothie Recipes

We are a super busy household in the mornings.  Our days often begin at 4:45am. My two oldest children swim competitively and I want to ensure that they are getting the nutrients they need after an intense practice. These smoothie recipes are also great for me if I’m short on time to eat. All of these recipes are vegetarian. All recipes can be substituted with vegan protein powder and almond milk for those who are vegan.
